I’m having PSI exam compatibility check bug.
I’m having booked the CKA exam and run this check as recommended https://syscheck.bridge.psiexams.com/
This page returned me “System check failed”
> We have detected that you are running OS X 10.15 , which is an unsupported operating system.
But I have 13.4 (Ventura). I’m afraid that this bug wouldn’t allow me to run the exam.
I used Firefox 114(latest) in normal and anonymous mode. Any idea how to fix this?

M A:
Try it with Chrome

Serg Shalavin:
Chrome has another issue - “The quality of your connection to the video streaming server is too poor.” That also stupid because i have 100/10Mbit channel

Serg Shalavin:
the issue with useragent identification
All three browsers(Firefox, Safari, Chrome) returned me 10.15 macos

M A:
raise a case with PSI

Looks like it is a common case

Alistair Mackay:
Two things here.

  1. MacOS detection. I’ve heard of this reported before. As suggested, raise a ticket. They may give you a direct download link for the exam software rather than relying on detection via browser.
  2. The connection between your router and your provider may well be guaranteed as 100/10, but that is only between you and your provider’s endpoint, not the entire world. See points here https://github.com/kodekloudhub/community-faq#what-happens-if-there-are-issues-during-the-exam
