i have deployed new Windows VM but unable to take RDP from my laptop , are we not allowed to access RDP connection.

I believe it is allowed, but you need to make sure that you’ve opened the port for RDP, which 3389. I created a Windows Server 2022 instance in the playground, and tested the public IP address for port 3389; the port was open as it should be. I’ve also used Windows Remote Desktop to connect to my Mac; it worked. So it should work for you.
