I had to open the port for the nginx service and block the port for apache on the stbkp01 server. Opening the port for nginx was not a problem, but after entering the command to block the apache port (“iptables -t filter -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 8092 -j REJECT”), the lab lost connection. I refreshed the page, and now when I try to access the lab, I encounter this banner. I’ve emailed support, but maybe someone else has experienced a similar situation. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
Hi @Dubovskoy.sergey,
Please check the 8th point of the lab troubleshooting page.

Regards,
Oh, I didn’t know that using nmap to check open ports for the assignment was prohibited. I apologize for my mistake. Is it possible to lift this account suspension? I have already sent an email to the provided mailbox. I truly appreciate your platform, as it has been instrumental in my personal growth, learning, and engaging with interesting tasks. I promise to be more attentive and not repeat such errors in the future.
Thanks for your understanding. I am looking into it. Please give me some time.
Thanks for your patience. This is resolved now.
Hi @Tej-Singh-Rana , I’m also having the same issue. It would be great if there was a banner on each SSH session clearing saying what are the commands and/or actions that are not supposed to be run, or at least have a link pointing to a page explaining it.
At the very least, Pro subscription users should be warned prior to getting blocked. The message says “violating terms of use policy” but nowhere in the website there’s a “Terms of use policy”
