I took the PSI tutorial test before taking the exam. In that while taking screenshot of the photo id proof, i am not able to take the photo as the blue camera icon is not clickable. Is my web camera connectivity issue is there ?

You should verify camera connectivity using your computer’s camera application
On Windows there is an app called Camera.
On Mac, open an app that uses it like facetime or photo booth.
No, web camera works thats the reason on top left corner, i am able to see my face. But this blue camera button is not clickable.
Is it something like when we run the real exam that time only it will work?

TBH, this is the kind of thing you need to ask the Linux Foundation for support on; we don’t necessarily know much more about what they’re changing in their UI than you will know. Best of luck on your exam, but you’ll need to work this out with the proctor at your exam most likely.
PSI tutorial button shows just the camera button in the user interface, in the live exam the camera button works and we can capture the id card. For me , it was little hanging due to my WIFI router. In case, if we are taking from home, restart the WIFI router and start the exam.
