I can't create a resouce group nor VM with free

I am using Azure from playground and want to create a VM with free B1ls machine but it’s not allowing me to do that and also I can’t create a resource groups.

Hi @Haridev-Nirgude,
Please go with the default Resource Group.

I see you created one azure instance that’s running.
