I cant connect jenkins by CLI

I dont have SSH public keys section on my jenkins. How can i connet my jenkins with my cli ? Example blow that i cant find this section

The text area to ad your public key should be available under the configure section of your profile on the Jenkins UI.
You can refer to the docs here

@Santosh_KodeKloud i checked but i dont have. I downloaded on my centos 9. It can be about it ?
