I cannot reschedule my exam, even though I have more than one day remaining. According to the official website (Scheduling or Rescheduling an Exam | T&C DOCS (Candidate Facing Resources)), this should be plenty of time, but I can’t reschedule. This website (PSI Online - One stop Solution for Test Takers) states, ‘Rescheduling or Cancelling is not allowed for this test.’ Additionally, the ‘Cancel Booking’ button is not clickable (it’s grayed out). I still have more than 1 day left. Why is this happening? Am I the only one who has faced this issue?
I don’t know. I’d put in a ticket with LF immediately, first of all.
That’s the first thing I did. I created a ticket three hours ago. I haven’t received a response from the support team since then. Time is ticking; I have 1 day, 7 hours, and 36 minutes left, so I’m getting a bit nervous. The ticket number is TCCS-102718. I’ll keep you updated
My sense is that even if it takes couple of days for them to get back to you, it will still be decided in your favor. I have a generally dim view of LF, but their customer support policy is reasonably good.
Another thing to try: log out of the LF site, log back in, and try again. Won’t hurt, and if it helps, so much the better.
