I bought K8’s beginner and CKAD course in Udemy, how to access the labs to practice in KodeKcloud

This works pretty much the same for any course you take on Udemy with us:

  1. First, find the lesson called “Access the Labs” in the course, and copy the “coupon code”:
    a. K4AB – Lecture 4
    b. CKAD – Lecture 19
  2. Now find the Lab Access Guide and use the coupon code to register.

This is not working; I am most of the way through the CKAD course, and can now suddenly no longer access my labs, the lab site is all greyed out. I see nowhere to reapply the code from the Udemy course itself ( udemystudent030485). The lab in question is #141…I do NOT wish to start all over on some new KodeKloud portal at this point. Please advise

@anderson_terry Try the following:

  1. Log into your kodekloud.com account.
  2. Change your password.
  3. Try to get into the lab again.

The issue here is we’re migrating to a new lab web site, and we can’t directly transfer your account over. But if you change your password, the password change code will check your access and set up the new lab site for you.

If this doesn’t work, email [email protected]. But I suspect it will work for you.
