I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to interact or play video lectures. A day before, everything was working perfectly fine, but now I am unable to use the platform as expected.
Here are the details of the issue:
- I am using the Chrome browser, but the problem persists.
- I also tried accessing the platform on different browsers to check if the issue was on my side, but it didn’t resolve.
- I tried clearing the cache and cookies on my browser, but the issue still remains.
I am located in Maharashtra, India. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible so that I can continue learning without interruptions.
