I am getting below error while creating NLB. why?

AccessDenied: User: arn:aws:iam::058264141167:user/kk_labs_user_886392 is not authorized to perform: elasticloadbalancing:CreateLoadBalancer on resource: arn:aws:elasticloadbalancing:us-east-1:058264141167:loadbalancer/net/demo-nlb-test/* because no identity-based policy allows the elasticloadbalancing:CreateLoadBalancer action

I believe our playgrounds only support application load balancers (ALB), for reason of cost; our playgrounds are limited both to keep them secure from hacking, and to make sure the cost of our playgrounds and subscriptions stay reasonable.
