Could you please try in different browsers, maybe Firefox or some other ?

I noticed some of the users who were facing this issue were able to make it work in Firefox or in some different browser.

Hi,

yeah, the issue persists, with the second attempt.

tried 3 browsers and from 2 laptops. seems that a platform issue.
