I am trying to deploy resources through Terraform. for this i need IAM user with admin credentials.

Do you mean in the playground? If so, this is not something we support. You get as much access as the original playground user, and no more than that.
In the KodeKloud playground, you can create an access key and a secret key with your playground user and use them with Terraform. You can create resources listed in the allowed services here: https://kodekloud.com/cloud-playgrounds/aws#Services.
