How to practise Azure certifications. Please do advise.

We do have a set of courses on Azure, you can find courses on certifications as well.
Need input on doing labs. az-900 and az-104 course dont have labs. It has only quiz.
The courses you mentioned do not have labs. But, you can try some on Azure Playground, if you have a premium subscription.
Mind you, the cloud playground has limited capabilities in terms of permissions due to security and cost concerns. Hence, you might hit some permission issues if you try something beyond the allowed limits.
