How to get host Cli?

I created 2 VMs in Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager.

What is HOST CLI?
Please let me know how to get host CLI?

Please see the image to get the details.
Trainer mentioned that the window (in black color) which you see is host and you can ping VMs from host.

Did you install Virtualbox on windows? if yes, in this case, the host is your windows pc. i mean CMD is the cli of the host.
