Suggest me some good certification which will give an effective impact on my resume.
In the current market, without experience, no cert is going to get you in the door for a DevOps position.
What @al1 says is true. But the certifications could make a difference in entry to a job or in your inner network, because maybe the organization could need in the future people with the expertise in the tools. So for example you can apply to a sys admin junior job position, and/or help your friends with their cloud or ci/cd (Make sure to have commits in git so you can harvest them to you CV) when there are bussy. But if you have some certifications they need like kubernetes (Could be any other, it depends of the organization) to some jobs could be a Plus. Some jobs says some things like: Not needed but appreciated, knowledge in kubernetes; and the job is something related to IT.
So try to view www.getonbrd.com in a while and search for junior TI jobs like sysadmin, or networking configuration.
