How to create s3 bucket using aws cli "i mean how to peform the s3 bucket lab"?

i am not able to create the s3 bucket nor i can list them . how to connect to my aws account i don’t have acces and secret keys. help me

Is this for a lab (if so: please include a link to that) or is this for KodeKloud Engineer (if so: what’s the name of the task, and if it’s a “100 Days” type lab, include the “day” number).
