How to change DNS server

Please help in solving this question
Tried sudo nano /etc/resolv.conf
Also cat >> /etc/resolv.conf

Not working…

@Ayman After editing the nameserver how did you save and exit it by typing wq at the end? I am not able to exit the “Insert” phase.

1-Press ESC once
2-press shift + ":" followed by wq and then press enter
