How to add public IP interface on EC2 Instances?

I’m facing issues while configuring the Public Interface configuration on EC2 Instance itself.
but not getting success.

Can anyone assist me here with this configuration?

Thanks for the reply, but I’m eager to know, If we can directly configure public IP on the server interface or not.
