How long do you need to wait before the proctor appears after you submitted the ID and selfie? I waited over one hour just watching the PSI logo spinning, but no proctor appeared. Tried live chat but no response. Also tried the support number showing on the screen, but can’t get through after 15 mins waiting. Not sure if anyone else had this issue. I have raised a ticket to LF after leaving PSI browser. Very frustrating.
