How can i create NetworkPolicy for a scenario like this

Hi folks,
if i Need to create NP for that how can i create

Create namespace finance, and Create a NetworkPolicy that blocks all traffic to
pods in the finance namespace, except for traffic from pods in the same namespace
on port 80.
