. One issue I faced during the exam was issues with taking pic of my ID, the external webcam did not have autofocus and hence the Proctor was not able to see the ID clearly when ID was held close to the webcam. After about and hour of back and forth TS with PSI support, the issue was fixed using a magnifying glass held close to the webcam, using which the ID pic was crisp!!!. So people taking exam on desktop with external webcams might as well keep a magnifying glass within reach
