Mine as well, i have Win10 Ent laptop and no other laptop, can we rely on the compatibility check or we will encounter other issues later on during the exam ? I went through the above links and passed all of them as well

Please use the Operating Systems that PSI support and it saves you a lot of nerves that you may need. I gave my exam with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS which is not in the list and had to reschedule in the past.

@Wai Yan Pyae Sone if it works for Killer.sh then we can say it will work in the exam? (because both environments use the same software as i know) This is really a big issue as i don’t have other laptop other than the one running Win10 Enterprise. It does not make sense also that there is a difference between PRO and ENT for the PSI bridge software, not sure really how the compatibility tests were done. is there any other way to contact LF to double check this point ?

Thank you @Wai Yan Pyae Sone just one point plz, when you experienced this issue, you were trying from Win 10 Enterperise or from another unsupported OS which is different from the license issue we have (PRO: supported, ENT: unsupported) ?

I gave my exam with Win 10 Pro after i reschedule it and can’t really say about Enterprise.

I would suggest you to contact to LF to make sure that. It might be hard to understand but I can’t guarantee that 18.04 and 20.04 will work even if they are in the supported list.
