Hi, am not able to create AKS cluster in Azure and found the error message as "Resource Policy" and also not able to create "Azure Container Registry" due to subscriptions. Please check and help me with this?

I am not able to create AKS getting due to policy issues

Please follow this guide to create an AKS Cluster in Azure:
certified-kubernetes-administrator-course/managed-clusters/aks/console at master · kodekloudhub/certified-kubernetes-administrator-course (github.com)

Follow the guide exactly, I’m pretty sure it doesn’t ask you for this entry.

can I share my screen and share you the details please ? Shall we connect on this now ?

No need to. If you follow the guide exactly you will have an AKS cluster up in minutes.

Hi, I followed the exact way you have shared, but still it is not working fine as expected.

Can you please try with this credentials

I have been trying to create a AKS cluster but not able to do it because of policy errors. please help

Can someone please help me with this , I got stuck here and not able to move forward, losing valuable time… please anyone

Please don’t post credentials. I have access to the playground and it does work as expected. All Azure playgrounds are setup the same so you don’t need to share your playground with someone else.

You appear not to be following the guide. The first log you pasted you had not selected the right VM Size for the node pool. It has to be Standard_D4s_v3 nothing else.

I just checked the guide and its very easy to follow and I was able to build a cluster now from it. Ensure you follow the guide exactly as it is given. If it says use Dev/Test then use Dev/Test, if it says 2 nodes then use 2 nodes. etc, etc.

Feel free to paste screen shots of each page to setup and the log of the failure so we can see where you are going wrong.

Look at this page:

You have put free, it should be Dev/Test - I even mentioned that in my last post. Follow the instructions exactly as given.

Please paste the error message. As mentioned, if you follow the guide exactly the cluster will be built.

please find the screen shot of error message.

I mean the raw error - like you pasted last time (lots of text).

However, it looks like you have 2 node pools- there should only be one. Please edit the current node pool as the instructions say. Do not create an additional node pool - the instructions don’t say to create a new node pool.

Hi… Thanks a lot…
Now am able to create the cluster, issue was due to two node pools only.

Thanks again!!

getting these error now

It shouldn’t stop you from running the cluster.
