Piece of advice - use only your personal laptop for the exam. I had done all my previous certifications using personal laptop but since it didn’t readily support 2 external monitors (I didn’t have time to get those accessories) I tried using my office laptop for this exam, as a first. Particularly bcos the online checks passed. However, at the time of exam the video feed and desktop share were not visible to proctor. I am pretty sure some security software managed by my company would have prevented that. I had to eventually use my personal laptop. Fortunately, I had copied the bookmarks on to my personal laptop a few days before. Although, I must say even without bookmarks it might have worked out.
The exam was not tough and if you are very thorough with all the labs and with killer.sh you should be good to go. The notepad was much better than the one we see at killer.sh but still wasn’t that good. Quite a few times the selection wasn’t happening and I had to select the lines all over again.
My proctor turned out to be not so great. When I asked if instead of having 2 tabs in the same window whether I can have 2 windows to which he/she agreed. But kept on asking me to show the windows again and again. The time was running out in the background… wasted nearly 5 mins on that. I eventually got sick of that and reverted back to 2 tabs in a single window (just bcos I couldn’t afford to lose any more time on this). I am glad that others in this forum had much better experience and they didn’t have any issues even using 2 monitors… let alone 2 windows in the same monitor.
