Arun S Raj:
Hi, many of them are asking me about the exam experience. So I am pasting a small description about my experience here.
Based on my experience, I would say, don’t spent too much time for troubleshooting. Just make a try or two to fix the issues after doing the configuration. You may get difficult questions in the beginning itself. I was having difficult/time-consuming question at 2,3,4 positions then one at middle and one at the last. all other were medium and easy one. So just complete the configuration, if you could not solve the issue within minimal time, flag it and go for next. Then comeback after one round, and try fixing it. That will give you more confidence.
Hope you have tried the killer sh(simulator). The interface and questions will be almost similar to that. Similar but not that hard I think.
There was 17 questions.
I got it successful in my second attempt. We have two chances until it is marked on the portal as single-chance. I was bit tensed on my first attempt and surprised to know that the command completion doesn’t work there. I came to know about command completion and about the killer simulator only few hours back of the 1st exam. That made me to fail in the first attempt.
So don’t be afraid of anything and “read the questions carefully”. Don’t care about questions that you are stuck with. Complete the other, then look into it.
