• Read the documentation http://kubernetes.io/docs|kubernetes.io/docs
• Hands-on practice through Killercoda and Killer Shell
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) Course by@Mumshad Mannambeth
• Sometime Practice on Whiteboard/notebook

My suggestion better to memorize the relevant piece of yaml for small task like pvc use inside pod, securityConetxt etc, this will save the your time during exam.

The labs of mumshad course are very basic, I am able to solve those labs under 10 minutes. In the exam the same level questions would be asked?
