Hi all can someone please give me an idea about the CKAD and CKA course that suits best for a beginner. I just started my DevOps career, and working in a project which is full of K8s and AWS concepts and it’s been only 4mnths now, so planning for kubernetes certification. If anyone suggest me which certification suits me better and that would be a great help for me. Thank you and have a good day.

the KodeKloud CKAD course by @Mumshad Mannambeth is a great course to start your journey

doesn’t cover AWS though but that’s not the course’s goal

Don’t plan for certification rather plan on studying and learning more. Grasp the concepts from the course, implement stuff, get hands on exp, refer and follow blogs and excercises and then in a year plan for any certification. It’s always a better way to first learn and then get certified.

agree with what @Zack wrote. you can use the course to learn about the elements of CKAD / Kubernetes though. great resource.
as the actual certification is not coupled with the course, you can still take the cert exam after the access to the course has expired

CKAD good for developer worked in project use K8S (design, build, configure, and expose cloud native applications for Kubernetes)
CKA suitable for administrator, devops engineer.
