Hey guys - I recently passed my CKA but during the exam I found that I was unable to complete one of the scenario inspite of trying various methods. I had practiced this scenario several times before the exams and I was confident that there was an issue with the exam infrastructure. Immediately after the exam I raised a ticket with LF and informed them about it. I have received a response from them confirming that a thorough review of the exam setup was done and issues were found which wouldn’t let me complete the task. Since I had passed the exam already they were unable to offer me a free retake. So, if you are very sure that one/some of the exam questions couldnt be answered due to the exam setup issues then please raise a ticket with LF. Even if it is a mark or two it might help in getting a passing score.
