Helm Issue on Service File and Port Configuration

If you are using “helm”, please suggest my problem. I am solving one question but have not a

success until yet. I configure Chart.YAML and Values.YAML and also development and service YAML file. But, not solve until yet. What is wrong?

Please check whether any other files are messed up.
