You can see the correct answer on the left and my answer on the right. Do I have specify every label on the pod? I thought it was enough to specify one label.

the more you specify labels, the more you refine your selection.
Here if your network policy is based on the one and only label role: db it will select all Pods having this label, even if their tier: frontend for example

Thank you for your answer Nemya. I know that but there were no pod with same label in the same namespace. Thats why I thought specifying one unique label would enough
