Hello Everyone, i was supposed to clear my exam today, and before they release the exam for me, on the live chat, the proctor has requested me to refresh my page, and after that i have lost connection with them, and now i don’t see anymore the “Take exam” option on my portal. any suggestions?

Did the issue resolved for you? You can try logout & login again and see how it is responding.

no, i have logged out and logged in many times, now the portal is showing: Status: “Grading in progress.
Exam results will be released 24 hours after exam is completed.”

They will reset your a/c and you have to schedule your exam again.
