Hello @DevOps KodeKloud, On VM ( centos9) running on a windows 11 host , only N . . .

Shadab Basha:
Hello @DevOps KodeKloud, On VM ( centos9) running on a windows 11 host , only NAT adapter on Network Adapter 1 (Network setting on VM) )doesnt work means, doesn’t get the IP address ( ex: 10.0.2.5 ) … if I enable NAT adapter ( + port forwarding) on VM network adapter 2 , IP is assigned and ,it works. So I feel, network adapter 1 is the issue… Any suggestions on fixing or to understand why Network Adapter 1 is not working while other adapters are working ?

Alistair Mackay:
Hi,
Assuming you are following the guide to set up the VM that is given in the course, then please read the following guide to get the network adapter working
https://github.com/kodekloudhub/community-faq/blob/main/docs/how-tos/virtualbox/networking-osboxes-centos7.md

Shadab Basha:
Thank you Alistair, I should admit, that I didn’t go through the above FAQ… Going forward, I will go through it …please let me know if there are any others resources which are helpful…

Shadab Basha:
Issue fixed, thank you so much for the quick support… @Alistair Mackay
