Hello dear all :kubernetes_party:
I have passed CKAD in my second attempt(on Sunday) with 85, failed in first attempt (Thursday) with (56).
I completed a majority of the Udemy course a year back when I purchased the course and only thought about the exam when I got notified from Linux that my exam would expire. I did prepare by going through lightning, mock and killer.sh as recommended yet failed on my first attempt, I think because I didn’t brush up the old materials. I did go over my notes though.
Anyways, after I failed. I knew that I have given my best shot yet failed. I have prepared my best and did not feel that there is more I could prepare. So, I booked for second attempt immediately at the next available spot. In the mean time I went through the kodekloud excercises from the beginning took about 3hrs and went over https://github.com/dgkanatsios/CKAD-exercises and passed on my second attempt.
So, if you failed on your first attempt, it is Ok. Sometimes few simple careless mistakes in heavy weightage questions can make you lose many points. Do your best and good luck all.
Thanks for the excellent support by Kodekloud community. I was a backend developer for few years and have started as a platform developer. I am quite active in many official slack forums including CNCF, Kubernetes, Atlantis, Weaveworks etc… Of all the forums that I have been, this is the one place where I get k8s related questions answered faster and with clarity. I have much respect and admiration for the work ethics of team Kodekloud. You all are amazing :woman-bowing:
