I would like to understand what is the best option for setting up HA for prometheus ?
@kavinsethu I think your best option would be to implement thanos with prometheus for HA and also multi-cluster environment if needed.

You could choose any setup like Prometheus + Thanos/VictoriaMetrics or Grafana Mimir. All of these stack is using long-term storage and they can deduplicate metrics from two or three prometheus replicas.
