Git task wrongly marked?

Hi, @Inderpreet @mmumshad

I just completed the “Manage Git Pull Requests” task. I also assigned Tom as the reviewer. See screenshot from Tom’s profile below:

But it was still marked as failed saying '- PR is not requested for review
'. Is there something I am doing wrong?
