From the screenshot you’ve posted, I can make out you might be facing some issues with the rendering of the text on the terminal. I recommend looking at our troubleshooting guide for labs and trying to fix it for a more pleasant experience. Also, please note our users have had a better experience with Chrome Browser.
Coming back to the issue you are facing with logging into Storage Server, you need to SSH by providing the <user>@<server-IP/hostname>. So for the storage server, it would be natasha@ststor01 or [email protected].
