I got task failed, although I do have a bare repository in desired location:
Repository is bare, and I have made the user natasha the owner of the subtree to avoid sudo
The task does not specify any additional requirements, so I believe either the task is incomplete or the evaluation is buggy.
It would help to provide some logs from the checker, rather than true / false - in real life, there is always an additional information

When I passed this I did it as the root user. Though in the description it does not say which user should be used.

Now how do I get the task out of Review so that I can move ahead ?
I am also facing a similar issue. I have git package already installed but still gives an error.
I think I had to login to the storage server which I didnt and that was the issue.
Issue resolved by loggin into the NAS Storage server and executing the commands.
