[Git 4.1 Git Rebase] Can't log into storage server

I’ve waited for almost half an hour, and the storage server is still “booting up”.

As I understand the connection to storage is not a single issue.
As your team is looking into it maybe it would be possible to open other chapters meanwhile such as Jenkins?
