I was able to create an RDS instance using the free tier, and I’m waiting for it to finish creating so I can verify the task. Did you use the free tier template to create the RDS?

As you can see, I was able to pass it, so I couldn’t reproduce the issue. Could you please share the steps you followed in the AWS console? It would be helpful if you could share a video. There’s also a Feedback button that supports this feature.
