Hi Team,
I am not receiving any error while creating POD using definition file; but the POD is not coming in the output of “kubectl get pods”. I performed following steps.
- Created a Deployment of NGINX image
- Tried to edit one of the POD part of “Deployment” to change the Container name which created a file in /tmp folder.
- Deleted the Deployment; which resulted in the deletion of all the PODs.
- Now creating a single POD with the file stored at /tmp folder. There is no error, but the POD is not listing.

My question is that what could be the reason and how to troubleshoot it. I tried to see the logs of “kubeSheduler POD” but I can see only the following PODs are listed in namespace “kube-system”
