I am not able to start vm in GCP using all combination if standard configuration. Can someone help please

It would have been better, if you posted some screenshots of the configs you were trying to create the VM from.
Please note, there are certain restrictions applicable for the gcp playground. Please refer to this document for all the supported services on the GCP playground.
