GCP kubernetes cannot create storage

Hi i am facing problem in creating a GCP kubernetes cluster as it cannot create approriate straoge and i alos tried to launch virtual machine this 10 gb storage in us-central as well as us-west and us-central.

I just followed the instructions and can create the GKE cluster.
