From Practice to Reality: My CKA Experience and the Surprising Gap Between Mock Exams and the Real Test

Hi,

It feels like the CKA exam has completely changed at Linux Academy. New topics like VPA, CNI installation, and Linux sysctl have appeared, while topics like upgrading a cluster or backup/restore of etcd are no longer there. If you’re interested in discussing these changes, I’m open to it!

On my side, I completed the Lightning Lab, the three Mock Exams, and also purchased the KodeKloud course with the five Mock Exams. Additionally, I took both Killer Shell (A and B) exams and even bought a new practice test. I consistently scored around 80% on these, but on the actual CKA exam, which I took yesterday, I only got 35%.

Has anyone else experienced such a huge gap between practice tests and the real exam?

exactly i also feel the same .

So In the Honest Opinion is Kodekloud subscription worth it?

That is very concerning! I’m scheduled to take the CKA exam in a few weeks and this information is making me doubt the relevancy of the material. Can someone assist with this?
