Error while creating users

Hello,

When I’m creating a new user with programmatic access on the aws playground, receiving the follow error:

Could not create access key for user kodekloud:

  • User: arn:aws:iam::059040343817:user/odl_user_801614 is not authorized to perform: iam:CreateAccessKey on resource: user kodekloud with an explicit deny in a service control policy

The weird thing is that i was able to do this process couple days ago.
