Enabling Cloud run API in Google cloud fails

Hi Team,

I logged into an incognito window. I started a Google playground and entered the credentials here. Then I opened the cloud shell and tried to open the run API and tried it in the web console as well. Both ask for a billing account. Please help. Is there a documentation of what is supported and what is not supported in Google Playground. FYI, I had chosen US central as the region.

Sorry, but I meant Select Project > Choose the correct org.
