I completed the docker level 1 test and I got certificate but it is showing I’m not completed
Is it any bug? or any other issue??

A screenshot of all the completed tasks would have helped.
It could be that there is one or more tasks that are incomplete/failed
I think you have some failed/incomplete tasks in the other Domain that you have selected in your Active Practice page. Replace that with a new one, and you should be able to see Start or Revise next to your Docker tasks.
