I am in the DevSecOps playlist and trying to create resources in Azure by the provided template, however, when I create the template, my resources do not get created, and I get an error as
Cannot create more than 0 IPv4 Basic SKU public IP addresses for this subscription in this region. (Code: IPv4BasicSkuPublicIpCountLimitReached)
Note: I have a free account created yesterday
I also tried changing the region and deploying the template
There is no way to reach the instructor. The LinkedIn profile provided in the introduction does not work and shows no profile
Any help would be appreciated I am no longer able to follow instruction and do handson
