Hi, i am doing internship at NOKIA in India. It is not offering fulltime to any intern.
Excuse is given by management that company policy has been changed and minimum 2 years experience is required.
i went through the hiring platforms but i am unable to search devops jobs for freshers.
please guide me what can i do in this case ?
I think you should focus on converting your internship into strong resume experience by highlighting real DevOps work (CI/CD, cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, automation).
Build 2–3 hands-on projects, get one cloud certification, and actively seek referrals on LinkedIn.
