I enrolled in the DevOps prerequisite course after buying the Pro plan, but the vi editor lesson is not working. Whenever I try to open it, it says that I need to enroll in the course first or upgrade my plan. Please fix this issue.
Where are you getting stuck? If you’re getting stuck at the screen with the large blue Enroll button, just press the button, and you’ll go to the course. Think of “Enroll” in this case as really meaning “Start this course now”.
I have resolved the issue I was experiencing. It turns out the problem was due to the browser I was using. After switching to a different browser, it’s working fine.
