I’m unable to deploy the App Service Plan in West US due to a regional quota issue. The error shows “Current Limit (Total VMs): 1, Current Usage: 1”, which blocks creation even though no App Service resources are visible in my subscription. I verified there are no existing Web Apps or App Service Plans in the resource group or subscription. Interestingly, deployment works in East US, but the lab requires West US + B1, so I’m unable to complete the task as specified. Could you please check if the West US quota is pre-consumed or reset the sandbox environment?
